Multicultural Services
A regularly changing variety of low cost activities appealing to all
members of our community
- English Conversation Classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Multicultural Cooking on Fridays
- Sewing classes on Thursdays.
- Bus Excursions on Wednesdays, once a month
- Tai Chi on Fridays
Hall Hire
Sorry: no hall hire available during redevelopment of Doherty Hall but we are receiving expressions of interest from community groups for rental of space in the new building. Give Kate a call at the Centre (phone number above).
Childrens' Services
A range of school age and under school age care and play activities, priced to meet everyone's ability.
- After school care (5-12 years)

Targeted Activities
Blokes' Business: Regular meetings and gentle exercise for blokes over 55.
Man to Man: Informal discussion group and support for men 25-40 years.
Older Women's Support: A friendship and support network for women over 55.
Holiday Helpers: Assistance for those suffering financial stress in the holiday season.
Walking Group: Meet people, get some exercise, and stroll around your neighbourhood.
Advocacy, Information and Referral (AIR)
Tied up in red tape? Don't know where to turn?
Helpful advice given to all about community services available, and
referrals to government agencies, support groups etc.
