Love Surry Hills photography competition opened on June 3rd!
The City of Sydney and Surry Hills services and businesses are encouraging residents and visitors to hit the streets with their cameras to capture their favourite slice of life for their chance to win a Surry Hills shopping spree!
SHNC manager Gillian Elliott says:
"I think it’s a fabulous suburb to look at because it has a nice mix of traditional and modern Sydney which adds to its unique character and charm.
I would encourage budding photographers to try and capture the essence of the suburb and look at the uniqueness of the people that live here."
The 10 best entries will be exhibited at Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre and the community invited to vote for their favourite throughout July, with the winner announced in August.

Our Activities and Programs
We are a not-for-profit incorporated association providing services to the Surry Hills community. Most activities and programs are held at Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre on Level 1, 405 Crown Street, Surry Hills.
